Off-Spec Results

Overview

Stream spec limits are stored on the stream as custom attributes. When a test comes in outside those limits, the account can be configured to send an email and open a workflow that connects the sample to the test.

Set stream limits

1. Go to Organization > Streams.
2. Open the stream, or edit it from the list.
3. Edit the custom attributes that hold spec limits (for example sulphur or density upper/lower limits). The exact attribute names are configured for your account.
4. Save.

Open an off-spec result from email

When off-spec notification is configured, the email includes a control that opens the workflow in Validere.

1. Open the off-spec email.
2. Click the View In App button.
3. In the workflow, open Form Submissions.
