Reviewing S&W Results In-Month

Overview

If your account uses sediment and water (S&W) testing, you can mark results Valid or Invalid before month-end. Those marks can then appear on a month-end S&W mailer, when that mailer is configured.

The form template name varies. A common example is a CTR / S&W test template.

Directions

1. Go to Forms > Templates.
2. Open the S&W (or CTR) test template used on the account.
3. Filter to the current month.
4. Open a test from the list.
5. Use the image links to preview or download supporting images.
6. Press Update Status in the top right corner
7. Set the result to Validated or Invalidated as desired.

When a month-end S&W mailer is configured, marked statuses populate in the status column of that report (the column letter depends on the template).
