Styling overhaul of our tables to improve readability and navigation

1. Navigational Controls
   1. Click on a table and use 'tab' key or 'arrow' keys to navigate left or right
   2. Use the left and right icon arrows in the header to navigate left or right
2. Styling Updates
   1. Updated header and row styling
3. Number Display
   1. Units have been moved to the header to improve readability of data intensive views
4. Row Numbers
   1. New row numbers on custom reports
