Record Locking
Record Locking will allow you to
lock record values. When a record value is
locked you will not be able to change the value via:
Import templates
Promotion of records from volume and network calculations
Applying record automation
Manually in the front end
This means you can lock any record value that has been assured or reported to give you an added level of audit-ability for historical record keeping.
To lock a record, navigate to the Records page. To lock records in bulk, click on the 'Change Record Status' button and select 'Locked'. This will lock all record values for the given time period. Please make sure to lock records on all three Records tabs (Equipment, Flows, Facilities).
You can individually unlock and lock record values by going into the record value screen directly when modifications are needed.
Forms
Viewing Form Responses
You can now view the responses to all of your forms in bulk on the Form Template details page.
You can filter the form submissions based on the date the form was submitted.
Uploading Forms in Bulk
The ingestion template now supports drop-downs for yes/no questions.

Facility, Equipment and Flow questions are all drop-downs of your asset list in Validere.
Workflows
View associated form submissions on workflows
You can now view all form submissions associated to a workflow by navigating to the "Form Submissions" tab on the workflows details page. This includes any forms associated to tasks within the workflow and the form that triggered the workflow, if applicable.
Automatically complete workflow tasks on form submissions
When you submit a form that is associated to a workflow from the context of a workflow. The workflow can be configured to auto complete.
When you submit a form not from the context of a workflow. The application will search for an applicable workflow to make the form association and if configured, autocomplete the workflow task.
Pre-fill form information on form with facility name
When you click to submit a form on a workflow, the form will be pre-populated with the facility from the workflow. This helps reduce the overhead involved in submitting forms.
