Finding your Form Submission

Option 1: Form Submission List

  1. Navigate to Form -> submissions
  2. Use the filters to find the submission you are looking for:
    1. Date Range
    2. Form Category
    3. Form Template
    4. Form Status

Option 2: Form Detail Page

  1. Navigate to the Form Template Detail Page. The detail page will have a table of historical form submissions. By clicking on the row you will be brought to the form detail screen

  1. The form submission will display each section and within each section the questions and answers

Form Status

When a form template is configured, we specify the default status the form should have when submitted. Once a form is submitted a user can update the Form Status to enable good data quality

When would Form Status be Used?

  1. If a form was submitted that needs review before it is used in reporting, it will be submitted with a pending status. A user then must review the contents of the form and update it to validated to ensure it is used in downstream reports
  2. If a measurement was recorded but was deemed to be invalid, the user can invalidate the form, preventing it from being used downstream in volumetric or emissions quantification

Updating a Form Status

  1. Navigate to the details of a Form Submission. Use the action button on the top right of the page to update the status of the form

  1. Select the new status and click save

  1. Navigate to the details of a Form Submission. Use the action button on the top right of the page to export the form to excel


Exporting Form Submissions in Bulk

  1. Navigate to the Form Detail Page and use the Export button in the top right of the table. This will export all historical submissions to an excel file
