Form Categories

Introduction

Forms are used to submit activities or measurements into Validere for tracking purposes. Forms are a generalized tools for handling a wide range of use cases. As part of onboarding, your Validere account team will complete discovery to investigate the form templates that need to be created to your use case; from measurement tracking, (e.g non routine emissions events), to health and safety events (e.g incident report).

Once the forms are configured they can be submitted through the web app or through the mobile app by users.

Form Categories

From categories organize the form templates into like buckets to help organize the use cases that are enabled.

To view the categories of form templates navigate to Forms -> Categories.

Clicking into a Form Category will give you a list of all available forms for submission
