Custom Reports

INTRODUCTION

Volumetric Custom Report

The volumetric custom report enables you to aggregate flow volume records based on Facility, Equipment, or Flow attributes to produce different reports based on the analysis you wish to conduct. Flow volume records can be a result of fuel meter volume measurements from devices, manual form submissions, or theoretical estimates through estimation methods. The custom report allows you to aggregate all that data for your chosen use case. For example, Fuel, Flare or Vent volumes from each equipment; total Fuel, Flare, or Vent volumes per Facility. Your only limitation is the attributes that live on your Assets.

Emissions Custom Report

Like the volumetric custom report, the emissions custom report enables you to aggregate emissions results from estimation methods on equipment to produce different reports based on the analysis you wish to conduct.

Build a Custom Report

The Validere platform allows you to easily select data fields and outputs needed for your analysis and/or reporting - the more columns you add, the more granular the data becomes.

  1. To build a custom report, navigate to the Custom reports page under the Emissions tab in the Navigation bar.
  2. Select the Reporting Scenario and date range.
  3. Click on Rows to get the dropdown of options.
    1. For emissions, select a set of attributes from equipment and facilities.
    2. For volumes, select a set of attributes from flows, equipment and facilities.

Note: The order in which you select the attributes, is the order in which they appear in the report table.

Creating a custom report with 1 row selected
Creating a custom report with multiple rows selected
  1. Select the output you want included in your report.
    1. For emissions, this will be a collection of GHG, CAC and HAP. The list of valid outputs is determined by the unique outputs enabled through your estimation method configuration. I.e if you only have GHG calculations you will only see GHG outputs
    2. For volume, this will include all volumetric record values.

4. Click on Submit. You can export your data into Excel to more easily perform your analysis and/or for reporting purposes.

Filter a Custom Report

  1. Click on Filters in the top right corner.
    1. For emissions, you will get facility and equipment attributes.
    2. For volumes, you will get a list of facility, equipment and flow attributes.

Note: The order in which you select the attributes, is the order in which they appear in the report table.
